MVIS rebate rate to 16% +4

The rebate rate has doubled since I wrote my first note on Microvision.  I'm not sure this is enough to kick off an immediate short squeeze, but I think one could ensue on any further positive notes.  Even without that, this figure should mitigate the pullback off of recent highs and enhance bounces.  I'm not selling my shares.
