Fed holds again ?3

The Fed has decided to stand pat, as anticipated by CrowdWisers in conjunction with individual stock picks this morning:  

I can understand the downturn in both stocks, with FedWatch putting the chances of a hike this afternoon at just over a third.  However, my guess continues to be that Warsh & company will stand pat, with the former doubling down on the need for new metrics, and fudging the numbers won't change real world needs.

However, three governors voted to raise by a quarter point.  The statement claims all is well, economically, apart from "uncertainty that owes, in part, to the conflict in the Middle East", which this service finds farcical. There will only be follow up on the press conference if some surprise occurs.
